Refurbishment of the second-floor offices, extension of lift and staircase.

Works comprise the construction of a new Lift utilizing existing lift shaft and extending to the second floor.   Extending the existing staircase and core area to the second floor.  Refurbishment of the existing first floor toilets.  Refurbishment / fit out of the existing second floor shell including mechanical and electrical installations / alterations, new partitions, raised access flooring toilets and decorations.

Externally and as part of the second-floor elevated lift shaft and staircase the works include new glazing and cladding.
