The design and build construction of an industrial unit on an existing greenfield site on Suffolk Business Park, Bury St. Edmunds. The unit will encompass warehouse space and incorporating office space.

The provision of 47,057 sq. ft of ground floor warehouse space, comprising 191m2 of ground floor office space and a 288m2 mezzanine floor. Works shall include the provision of 5nr level access doors, 4nr dock levellers (including 4nr Eurodocks – double height shelter only), 40nr HGV parking spaces, 75nr car parking spaces plus associated cycle parking, plant, landscaping, external works and services.
