The construction of two new industrial units and ancillary office facilities with external concrete service yards and block paved car parks with surface water attenuation.

Bulk earth works will be completed in preparation for reinforced concrete strip foundations. The steel frame structure will be clad in mixture of composite and built up wall cladding systems, incorporating the main roof body as built up. The external facade is complimented with a glazed curtain wall system and aluminum feature canopies. Steel fire exits and Sectional overhead doors to the warehouse areas complete the building envelope. 

Works will also include all associated fit out, incorporating mechanical and electrical works, including - 

Passenger lifts
Air conditioning and ventilation systems 
Raised access flooring

Externally the new site entrance will be formed off the existing estate road constructed during phase 1 of the works.

The buildings will be highly sustainable with a BREEAM rating of Excellent, EPC rating A and are set in an extensive parkland environment.
