This scheme involved the re development of a previous use ag ricultural site known as Deans Farm on Billington Road.
Our works included the demolition of the former agricultural buildings office/store and two bungalows. The development included the construction of an industrial warehouse of approximately 50,000ft2 and allocated office space for B8/B1a use class purposes. The external areas included a block paved car park, loading bay areas and dock leveller facilities to the rear gated concrete service yard and soft landscaped areas.
This particular building has been enhanced by an architectural free standing entrance feature structure and brie solar screening to the south elevation.
