The work comprises of a steel frame extension to achieve additional 1451m2, of warehouse space. Clad with TATA 90mm thick composite vertically laid panels, with a single pent TATA build up roof cladding system with 240mm thick insulation, with internal gutters behind a small parapet. 
 
External surfacing is a mixture of block paved paths to the building edge, brushed finished concrete yards to match the existing, tarmac parking to additional spaces for cars & motorcycles. All below ground drainage for stormwater is connected into an existing attenuation tank. 
 
All works will be contained within the site boundary of the existing yards and car parking facility segregated with Heras fencing, with the site welfare units and contractor parking located on adjacent land, owned by the client.
