    All of our BREAAM projects require us to register with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.  It's company policy that we run all of our construction sites to the CCS standards whether they are registered or not.


    Our highest score for the scheme is 44/45 achvieivng an EXCELLENT performance level.

  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

    Parkway achieved an impressive A+ EPC rating at Axis J9 meaning all 5 units have zero CO2 emissions.
