The design and build construction of a new storage and production facility for Crompton Technology Group (a division of Goodrich). This unit comprises of 109,000ft2 of production space and 19,000 ft2 of three storey offices (shell and core only), together with all associated external works, drainage, hard standings and environmental enhancements.
This green field site, sits just outside of the local flood plain and the drainage strategy encompasses hydrobrake technology, large diameter pipe runs, large volume water attenuation tanks and a new water retention swale to allow the maximum water retention on site during storm conditions.
