The construction of a structural steel framed workshop building with clad external walls and roof, to house a VOSA, HGV, MOT inspection pit and testing facility. A full internal fit out to the workshop and small MOT office has also been carried out and the Client’s specialist contractors were installing the pits and testing machinery during the contract.
The scheme also includes all associated external works, drainage, services, landscaping, concrete yards and car parking.
