This contract comprises of the construction of 14 industrial units ranging from 1000 to 23,000ft2 with a steel frame construction.
The external elevations have been constructed using a composite cladding system laid both horizontally and vertically to architects details and planning approved drawings. The roof construction has also been formed with a composite panel system. The units include full height curtain walling and sectional overhead doors with steel fire exits. Unit 14 includes a metal profiled decking first floor area.
Externally the scheme includes all associated works including, drainage, bulk earth moving, retaining walls, piling, services and soft and hard landscaping.
The works were undertaken in 1 phase.
