The construction of 3 new buildings subdivided into 4 units totalling 71,260ft2.
The units are to be constructed from a steel frame structure and clad externally with a mixture of both built up and composite cladding systems laid horizontally. These are complimented by aluminium feature bands, rainscreen cladding and a mixture of flat, trapezoidal and sinusoidal profiles
Each unit will have a fully fitted out office core area formed by metal deck upper floors. All associated M&E and internal fit our works will form part of the construction.
Externally the drainage system is following the “Suds” principals and all storm water will be attenuated and discharged through a soakaway system. Foul connections into existing pipework within Gunnels Wood Road.
Hard landscaping is a mixture concrete yards, block paving, tarmac estate roads, this will be complemented by a full soft landscaping scheme.
