This project comprises the design and build construction of an industrial unit of 18,000ft2.

Extensive ground modelling works are required to plateau this site, along with the installation of a series of retaining wall to the entire East and West boundaries to facilitate the construction of this warehouse.

This project is designed as a combination of composite and built up clad envelope on a steel frame on pad foundations, on vibro stabilized stone columns with masonry sub-structures and a flood poured ground bearing slab, the unit is a shell and core construction only.

The project also includes all associated external works and drainage, concrete yards, block paved parking and foot paths with bypass interceptors, storage crate water attenuation, ducting installations for BT, together with extensive new services to the site, LV power, gas, water, fire hydrant and BT. There is a new S278 site entrance and Section 50 drainage connection into the highway.

The building achieved a BREEAM “Very Good” rating, will have EV car charging points installed and was registered under the Considerate Constructors Scheme
