The design and build construction of 14 units on the existing greenfield site on Rycote Lane, Thame. The units will encompass warehouse space and incorporating office space.
 
This project is designed with a built-up wall and roof cladding system, on a structural steel frame, sitting on pad foundations, with a FM2 tolerance reinforced concrete floor slab, and associated docks.  

Includes all associated external works and drainage along with bypass inceptors, line drains water attenuation storage systems for flood compensation including the formation of swales, making this site fully SUDS compliant, all combined with perimeter sheet piling retaining structures,
the construction of a new access road, car parks, lorry parks, foul and storm drainage, bypass interceptors, line drains, retaining walls, ducting installations for BT and cable suppliers, with CCTV, signage, and external lighting together with all major services to feed the development.

This project received an 'Excellent' score with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
